The Faces of ART, Inc. (Caroline Bove & Joney Kipp) |
A.R.T.
is from the minds of Joney Kipp and Caroline DeNicola-Bove. Their
passion and dedication in helping others find a solution for hair
loss is the foundation of this winning team.
Caroline has worked in the hair industry for over 15years. She began her education
in New Jersey, where she trained in precision hair cutting, color formulation,
make-up application, and styling. After graduation, she found an opportunity
in an entertainment company as a traveling stylist for various musicians. In
her off time, she donated her skills to a local New Jersey hospital, cutting
and styling the hair of the terminally ill.
After time, Caroline began to lose her hair from Alopecia Areata, a nervous disorder
caused by stress. Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping others with
hair replacement. Caroline found employment at a prominent hair replacement salon
in New Jersey while continuing her studies in hair replacement techniques in
New York City. Her devotion led to a series of awards in the hair replacement
field.
In the early 90s, Caroline relocated to Florida and found a position with a hair
transplant company in Clearwater. After becoming enlightened in all aspects of
the hair replacement industry, she realized she should spread her talents. Then
she met Joney.
Joney also has 15 years experience in the hair industry. She started working
behind the scenes in the modeling world, where she coordinated models’ hair
and make-up for runway and publication, while also attending cosmetology school
in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Joney’s interests were piqued by the hair replacement industry and she
decided to receive training by attending various symposiums teaching the techniques
used in the industry. She found a home in the hair replacement industry, and
her talents have flourished beyond imagination. As an educational advisor, Joney
has demonstrated her cutting and blending techniques at seminars nationwide and
is regarded by her colleagues as an innovator in the field of hair replacement.
Caroline and Joney volunteer their efforts to the Look Good Feel Better Program.
This program is implemented by the American Cancer Society and dedicates its
efforts to cancer patients, teaching them to work with hair replacement and make-up.
Authentic Replacement Technologies, Inc was born from a shared vision and philosophy.
Together, Caroline and Joney have created an oasis where men, women, and children
can find the ultimate in quality and service. They have changed the way Tampa
Bay views its hair replacement options. |
