What
is a scalp template?
A scalp template is a mold of your head that reproduces your natural hair loss.
To guarantee proper fit, this is a necessary procedure before beginning the A.R.T.
process. Click here to learn how to make a template
at home.
What are all the available attachment options and how do I know which
method is for me?
A.R.T.’s methods of attachment are the finest in the hair replacement industry.
You have the choice of 2 options: semi-permanent or daily-wear attachments. Your
preference will be the greatest indicator for what is best for you; the attachments
are interchangeable, so why not try them all? Ask your technician for more details.
What is a full-service appointment?
Upkeep and general maintenance are essential with your new look. Full-service
appointments are scheduled every 4-6 weeks after the installation. During a full-service,
the hair replacement is examined for any necessary work, removed, washed, and
conditioned. The attachment is removed and your own hair is shampooed and cut.
The hair replacement is reattached and styled.
Products are briefly reviewed and a client may also receive hair color on their
own existing hair or on the hair replacement. Hair additions, perms, etc, may
be desired, however there are additional charges for these services.
How often will I need to make appointments?
Service appointments vary from client to client and ultimately depend on the
rate of hair growth, level of activity, and method of attachment. Bonded clients
usually return every 4 to 8 weeks. We recommend clip clients to return every
4 to 8 weeks. |
